KEY INFORMATION
Queueing and Ticketing
The June Event will begin at 9pm on Thursday 25th June, with Queue Jump tickets entering at 8:30pm. Last entry is at 10:30pm and no late admission will be permitted unless you contact us prior. Queueing will commence at 7:30pm with wristbands being distributed at the door. Please ensure this wristband is worn at all times throughout the night. Photographic ID must be presented (e.g. driving license, passport, or national ID card). Please note that Camcards will not be accepted as a valid form of ID.
The main entrance will be via the doors along Garret Hostel Lane with the standard entry queue starting towards Garret Hostel Bridge, and queue jump guests towards Gonville & Caius College. Please have your Fixr ticket and ID ready before reaching the doors.
The alumni reception will enter via the gates near Clare Chapel. Doors will open at 7pm to the reception in the Master’s lodge, and the wider event at 8:30pm alongside queue jump ticket holders.
The event will conclude at 3:00am. Exit will be via the gate through which everyone entered, which will be open from 2:30am. Trinity Hall Central Site residents (and guests) will be given wristbands upon entry and should congregate in the front court at the end of the night before they will be let back into their rooms upon the other guests leaving. For those leaving please exit promptly and respectfully, particularly when passing through residential areas. We ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbours and fellow attendees.
Dress code
The dress code will be Cocktail Wear (or more formal options such as black tie), national dress or equivalent. You are also welcome to dress in accordance with our theme! Entry may be refused if you are not dressed appropriately.
Cloakroom
Our cloakroom will be available on the night free of charge to store shoes, jackets and bags. No bags larger than an A4 sheet will be allowed inside the event. The committee does not accept liability for items stored in the cloakroom or pigeonholes during the event, which will be manned the whole night. Please collect your items by 2:30am to avoid getting out late.
Hot Weather & Medical Attention
We hope you will all be making the most of the good weather this week! However, with this comes high temperatures that are expected to continue during the event. Please ensure that you are staying safe and hydrated, and please tell a member of staff if you’re feeling unwell. Water will be available throughout the evening as indicated upon the maps on our website and Instagram, and signposted. In the queue please bring plenty of water and any umbrellas or fans necessary to help you stay cool! Bottles will be allowed inside the event (where they can be refilled with water or put in the cloakroom) but will need to be emptied at or before the door.
If you have any allergies or conditions please carry your medication and speak to any caterers about ingredients.
First aid is available, and please notify a member of staff to direct you to our First Aid Roomin E1 (behind the main marquee).
Accessibility
If you have any additional accessibility requirements, please get in touch with the committee (president@thjuneevent.co.uk) and we will endeavour to accommodate. This includes any dietary requirements or allergies, sensory or mobility issues, and or those with medical issues which require food or medication to be brought into the event.
